Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 14 days after you have received your purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, unused and with their original tags attached.
How to return an item & Refund policy
- Send us an email at email@example.com with your proof of purchase requesting a return. We will provide an address to send your return back to.
- Once your return is received and processed, we will contact you to let you know if your return is approved (see above the conditions for return).
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible and it will be credited to your original method of payment. Please, allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. Check with your bank or credit card company. If, after doing so, you still have not received your refund, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that both shipping costs and duties paid will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. We recommend using a tracked method of delivery and keep proof of your shipment until we receive your return. We will not be able to complete your refund if the goods are lost or damaged during the return shipping.
If you wish to exchange your items for another size or style, you will need to place a new order and proceed to return the unwanted item (see above how to return an item and our refund policy).
Faulty & Incorrect items
We’re so sorry! We conduct quality control on all our items, but we cannot accept it if you received a product with a manufacturing fault. We will need you to provide photographic proof of the fault to email@example.com. We will replace the item if the stock is available or, if not, we will refund you, as long as the item is returned within 15 days of purchase.
Wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Please note that most of our items are handmade in local communities and may bear unique characteristics and incur slight fading or imperfection.
